I am Michael McDonald owner and general manager of two used car lots, Lee Inc. of Mt. Olive and Lee Inc. of Goldsboro, both in Wayne County, NC. I must also say that it is hard for me to comment on the technical support side due to the fact that I rarely need any assistance with the ease and convenience of the site and backend tools. However, the few times I needed tech support (customer service) DealerGoods has always been courteous and given prompt attention to all of my requests.
